Click & Collect: Shop Online, Pick Up At Warehouse
1. Shop Online and Select "Pick Up In Store"
When shopping online on our website, you can select the Pick Up In Store option during checkout. This allows you to easily collect your order without waiting for delivery.
2. Receive a Notification When Your Order is Ready
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
3. Collect Your Order at Our Warehouse
Once notified, visit our warehouse to pick up your order during our business hours:
- Operating Hours: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Important: We do not sell directly to the public from our warehouse. Pickup is for online orders only.
Order Hold and Cancellation Policy
- Pickup Window: You have 14 days to collect your order from the time we notify you.
- Uncollected Orders: If the order is not collected within this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund will be processed.
